The good needles

The plus side of this whole process has been discovering the bliss of acupuncture. Yes, you heard right, and this coming from the gal who fears needles. For anyone who hasn't tried it, really it's quite sensational. As well as working on making my belly nice, warm and gooey to entice our bumble to implant, my acupuncturist has been addressing some other complaints which I've had for some time. The main one being Migraines. I've suffered from them for as long as I can remember and they are mainly brought on around ovulation and the joyous time of AF. Three day killers that lock up my neck and make my right eyeball feel like it's in a vice. Seriously, like having a period isn't enough grief without the added pain, nice! Since I started acupuncture I've skipped the migraine usually around time of Ovulation - way cool :) I also feel blissed out immediately after my appointments, which has got to be helping to reduce my stress levels. I'm a worrier and I'm sure this hasn't helped our efforts to TTC, so I'll take anything that aids in calming me down and chilling me out. Cool beans ;)
